Withdraw from a booking

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a booking within 14 days without giving a reason: for the call, from the day you booked; for a Page, Launch or App, from the day you approved the blueprint (section 12 of our terms). Fill in the form and confirm. We show you at once when we received it, and we email you a confirmation.
