Our terms, in plain words

Last updated 15 October 2026. These terms apply when you book a call or buy a Page, Launch or App from Nexodyne Studio.

1. What you buy

Each plan on nexodyne.uk lists what it includes. Your blueprint is the exact scope of your project: pages, features, tools and timeline. Anything not in the blueprint is extra, and we quote it before we do it.

2. The call

Every project starts with a consultation call: 20 minutes for €15, 40 minutes for €25, or 60 minutes with the team for €75. The fee is paid when you book. We call you within one working day, at the time of day you chose. If we miss the call, we rebook it or refund the fee, as you prefer. If we cannot reach you after two attempts and an email, the fee is not refunded.

3. The blueprint

The next working day after the call you get your blueprint: pages, features, tools, timeline and a fixed price. It is yours to keep, whether you build with us or with anyone else. If you build with us, the call fee comes off the price. We start building only after you approve the blueprint in writing. An email saying yes is enough.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are fixed and shown in euros. Page is paid in full before work starts. Launch and App are paid half before work starts and half at handover. Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

5. Timelines

Timelines count working days from the day we have your payment and everything we need from you, such as text, a logo, photos or logins. If these arrive later, the date moves by the same amount. If we are late for a reason that is ours, we tell you straight away and give you a new date.

6. Changes

Page includes one round of changes and Launch includes two. A round is one list of changes sent together. Changes within the blueprint are free. Changes outside it are quoted first. For App, the rounds of changes are set in its blueprint.

7. Fixes

If the finished work does not match the approved blueprint, we fix it at no cost. App includes 30 days of free fixes after handover for faults in what we built.

8. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, pictures, logos and other material you give us. Text and pictures we create for you are yours once the final payment is made.

9. Ownership

When the final payment is made, you own the site: the files, the design and the content. Domains, hosting and accounts are set up in your name. Other companies’ tools, such as Stripe or a hosting provider, have their own terms and fees, which you pay to them directly.

10. Stopping a project

You can stop a project at any time by email. The call fee is not refunded once the call has taken place. For Page, there is no refund once work has started. For Launch and App, the first half pays for the work done so far and the second half is not due. You keep everything made up to that point.

11. Our limits

We build what the blueprint says and test it carefully, but we cannot promise sales, search rankings or visitors. Our responsibility for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version you agreed to applies to your project.
